Confetti Shooters!
You need disposable cups, balloos, tape, and scissors.
First, cut the top third of the balloon.
Then, cut off the bottom of the cup.
Stretch the balloon onto the cup.
And tie it in a knot!
The below picture of me shooting a marshmallow:
The marshmallow actually works better than confetti!
